Offering

This is a key remote role primarily based in the Raleigh/Durham area in the strategic development of EIDA Solutions’ growth in North America. This role will work with a hands-on approach with all levels of the organization in selling the customized software product within the specialized construction industry. As well as salary & bonus and exceptional health /dental benefits EIDA Solutions offers a generous vacation policy, with great flexibility on PTO and mileage/car allowance. 

Position

As Sales Manager, North America you will  

  • Develop Lead Base and Key Accounts Management  

  • Target, implement, and improve sales in North America in life science and technology sector aligned with corporate strategy 

  • Have financial acumen and ability to develop intuitive ROI to guide clients’ understanding of business value potential 

  • Structure efforts and demonstrate urgency through consistent opportunity progression from identified leads, to qualified, to closed deals 

  • Identify trendsetter ideas within North American Market 

  • Liaise constantly with senior team in Ireland 

  • Secure sales-technical support, advice and consultation from engineering team 

  • Collaborate with clients and colleagues in ensuring best outcomes 

  • Demonstrate leadership potential  

  • Spend approx. 75% hybrid, 25% on site with clients 

What you can expect 

  • A full product training on SaaS for the construction industry  

  • A base salary range of +/- $ 120,000 and performance related annual bonus 

    of +/-$40,000 paid quarterly

What we are looking for Education/ Experience/ Skills

  • Minimum of 4 years B2B sales experience with increasing levels of responsibility 

  • Prefer B.Sc. degree in technology (Engineering, IT, Electronics) but not necessary 

  • Sales Experience across multiple states in a construction/development environment  

  • Experience in explaining and supporting highly technical products 

  • Forecasting skills 

  • Excellent stakeholder relationship builder and skilled negotiator 

  • Passionate about customers and clients 

  • Experience in identifying target markets and producing outcome driven results 

  • Excellent organization and time-management skills 

  • Ability to communicate and interact effectively and persuasively with all levels and functions in a construction environment 

  • Proficient computer skill with MS Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word 

  • Comfort in working remotely 

    Musts

  • Ability to travel 25% of the time domestically 

  • Ability to travel internationally, Ireland 2 x p.a. 

  • Ability to travel to the EU Visa Free
